Description
An issue exists where an attacker could cause an incorrect conversion between numeric types, resulting in a heap buffer overflow. A heap buffer overflow occurs when a program writes more data to a heap-allocated memory block than it can hold. This could lead to denial of service, escalation of privileges, information disclosure, data tampering, and code execution.
