Description
SAUCE patches contain a possible NULL pointer dereference—a condition where the software attempts to read from a memory address that is null—during the handling of AppArmor notifications. An unprivileged local user can trigger this issue, potentially leading to a kernel oops, which is a type of kernel error that causes the system to crash or behave unexpectedly.
