Description A heap buffer overflow in the Load() function of the LoadedArsc.cpp file within the Framework component allows for an out-of-bounds write. This issue can be exploited to achieve local escalation of privilege without requiring additional execution privileges or user interaction. A heap buffer overflow occurs when a program writes more data to a heap-allocated memory block than it can hold, potentially overwriting adjacent memory.
