Description
An integer underflow (wrap or wraparound) in the Windows NT OS Kernel, specifically within the WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) subsystem, allows an authorized local attacker to elevate privileges to NT AUTHORITYSYSTEM. This issue occurs due to incorrect handling of integer values during data formation, which leads to an out-of-bounds write in dynamic memory.
