Description
An integer underflow (wrap or wraparound) in Windows Performance Monitor allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. Integer underflow occurs when an arithmetic operation results in a value smaller than the minimum representable value for that data type, causing it to wrap around to a very large positive number.
