No severity ratings or metrics are available. When they are, we'll update the corresponding info on the page.
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description A flaw exists in the Linux kernel’s DRM/GUD subsystem. Specifically, a NULL pointer dereference can occur on display disconnect due to the drm atomic helper disable all() function setting the framebuffer (fb) and CRTC for a plane to NULL before a commit operation. This results in a kernel oops when a display is disconnected. The issue arises from missing checks for these NULL pointers.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
