Description
An OS command injection issue exists in the
start lltd() function of the "rc" binary. This occurs because the machine name configuration parameter is not properly sanitized, allowing an authenticated remote attacker to execute arbitrary operating system commands with root privileges. This issue has been exploited in real-world incidents.Recommendations
