Description Insufficient escaping of user-supplied parameters and lack of preparation in SQL queries allow authenticated attackers with Administrator-level access and above to perform time-based SQL Injection. This occurs via the uid parameter, enabling the execution of additional SQL queries to extract sensitive information from the database.

Recommendations Update Catalyst Connect Zoho CRM Client Portal to version 2.2.1 or later. As a temporary mitigation, restrict access to the uid parameter until the update is applied.
