Description
A heap-based buffer overflow exists in the Windows Kernel. This issue allows an unauthorized attacker with physical access to the system to elevate their privileges. A heap-based buffer overflow occurs when a program writes more data to a heap memory buffer than it can hold, potentially overwriting adjacent memory.
