Description
Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization (race condition) in Windows Print Spooler Components allows an authorized attacker to execute arbitrary code over a network. A race condition occurs when the timing or sequence of events is not properly controlled, allowing multiple processes to access a shared resource simultaneously in an unintended way.
