Description A stack-based buffer overflow exists in Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), which allows an unauthenticated attacker to remotely trigger a denial of service (DoS) over a network. This issue occurs because the authentication process includes an unauthenticated mechanism to disable authentication, effectively allowing an offline mode to be triggered.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
