Description A flaw exists in the ClusterRole reconciler that fails to validate resource ownership during the reconciliation of ClusterRole objects. This allows a namespace-scoped Argo CD instance to cause a denial of service by crafting a name collision to trigger the deletion of a ClusterRole owned by a cluster-scoped Argo CD instance.
