Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
FastGPT versions prior to 4.15.0-beta5
Description
FastGPT is a knowledge-based AI application platform. The shared SSRF (Server-Side Request Forgery) guard, which is a security mechanism designed to prevent the server from making unauthorized requests to internal resources, validates only the initial request URL. Because the underlying axios library follows redirects by default, an authenticated workflow user can configure an HTTP request node to call an attacker-controlled public URL. This URL can then redirect the request to cloud metadata, loopback, or internal services that the guard would normally block, allowing the HTTP node to return the response body to the caller.
Recommendations
Update to version 4.15.0-beta5.
