Description Authenticated users can submit TemplateManageRequest.staticResource via the POST '/de2api/templateManage/save' endpoint or DataVisualizationServer.decompression. Subsequently, the functions StaticResourceServer.saveFilesToServe() and StaticResourceServer.saveSingleFileToServe() write Base64-decoded .svg content to '/de2api/static-resource/.svg'. Because the system fails to validate the extension, MIME type, decoded bytes, or SVG scriptability, it allows stored same-origin cross-site scripting (XSS), which occurs when a victim loads the resource.
