Description A heap-based buffer overflow exists in the handling of custom USB packets. The issue occurs because the device fails to properly validate the length of user-supplied data before copying it into a fixed-length buffer on the heap. A physically present attacker can exploit this flaw without authentication to execute arbitrary code in the context of the device.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
