Description In the core processing and framework rules module, an issue exists where users possessing a DataLink UUID can directly retrieve attached text files. This occurs regardless of whether the link has expired, the requester is unauthenticated, or the standard access flow would have denied the request. Since the route is public and the mailer includes the direct file URL, any leaked, forwarded, logged, or stale email link can lead to unauthorized exposure of the attachment.

Recommendations Update dataCycle-CORE to version 25.07.4 or later.
