Description
A flaw exists in the System Management Mode (SMM) handler due to improper input validation. This could allow an attacker with Ring0 access to write to System Management RAM (SMRAM) and alter the execution flow during the S3 (sleep) wake-up process. Successful exploitation may lead to arbitrary code execution.
Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
