**Description**
The issue is related to Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation, also known as Cross-site Scripting (XSS). This allows for Stored XSS attacks. The vulnerability can be exploited through the `&ycd-circle-countdown-before-countdown` and `&ycd-circle-countdown-after-countdown` parameters. The issue affects authenticated users with admin+ privileges.
